Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of its arrival. Please note that we do not accept returns for food items.
How can I return merchandise?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@hedmansoto.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
How long does it take for a refund?
After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days.
Condition of the return merchandise
Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. If the item is deemed to be defective or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost to the customer.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
