How fast does my order ship?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. U.S. standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment. International delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. Product availability may vary by destination.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Hedman Soto now ships to Canada. Canadian customers can shop in Canadian dollars, with available shipping options and estimated delivery times displayed at checkout.
How much is shipping?
For U.S. orders, standard shipping is $5, with free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.
For Canadian orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and available shipping service. U.S. flat-rate and free-shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
Will I have to pay duties or import taxes on a Canadian order?
Applicable duties and import taxes are handled through our international checkout and included in pricing where applicable, giving you visibility into your costs before completing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
If a product arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied for any reason, email orders@hedmansoto.com within 30 days and we will make it right. Replacement or refund, your choice.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all 50 states. Free shipping on orders over $60 applies to Puerto Rico as well.
Where are your products made?
Chuleria en Pote is small-batch in Puerto Rico by Chef Vivoni. Made By Cooks sauces are developed in Puerto Rico by Chef Rafael Ubior and produced in Florida for shelf-stable nationwide distribution. Wepa Coffee is single-origin Puerto Rican beans, roasted by Wepa.
