How fast does my order ship?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental U.S. Free shipping on orders over $60.
What is your return policy?
If a product arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied for any reason, email orders@hedmansoto.com within 30 days and we will make it right. Replacement or refund, your choice.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all 50 states. Free shipping on orders over $60 applies to Puerto Rico as well.
Where are your products made?
Chuleria en Pote is small-batch in Puerto Rico by Chef Vivoni. Made By Cooks sauces are developed in Puerto Rico by Chef Rafael Ubior and produced in Florida for shelf-stable nationwide distribution. Wepa Coffee is single-origin Puerto Rican beans, roasted by Wepa.
Do you sell wholesale?
