From Puerto Rico With Love is a Hedman Soto initiative dedicated to empowering Puerto Rican entrepreneurs by bringing their products and stories to the U.S. market. Through mentorship, logistics support, and brand amplification, we connect the heart of the island with customers across the nation — creating economic opportunity while celebrating our cultural pride.

About the Program


Puerto Rico is home to passionate entrepreneurs creating products that tell the story of our culture, heritage, and innovation. Through From Puerto Rico With Love, we provide hands-on guidance, connections, and resources to help your business grow beyond the island.


Our goal: Support 10 entrepreneurs in Year 1 — giving each the tools and exposure to grow beyond the island.

You’ll work directly with the Hedman Soto team to refine your brand for a competitive edge in the U.S. market.

This includes:

Branding guidance to ensure your product packaging and identity stand out while staying true to your cultural roots.

E-commerce coaching to set up or optimize your online store, with proven strategies for converting visitors into loyal customers.

Pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitiveness in a new market, so your product can thrive both online and in retail.

Logistics Support for Exporting Products to the U.S.

We simplify the complicated process of getting your products from Puerto Rico into customers’ hands in the U.S. by:

Connecting you with reliable freight partners for cost-effective shipping.

Helping you navigate customs, compliance, and labeling requirements for export.

Offering solutions for small-batch consolidation, so you can share shipping costs with other PR makers.

Marketing & Storytelling to Connect with Customers Nationwide

Get Selected — We’ll choose 10 entrepreneurs for Year 1.

Prepare — We work together on packaging, compliance, and marketing.

Launch — Your products debut on HedmanSoto.com & at our NYC pop-up.
